I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very modern, especially the bathroom, which had a sealed-off room for the shower and bath. While the room size was small, as expected in major cities in Japan, it could be a bit challenging if you have large luggage. The service was top-notch with helpful, accommodating, and polite staff, even if their English was limited. The location was convenient, being only five minutes from the Shinkansen side of the station and close to a big supermarket. Although it was a bit confusing to find the hotel initially, it was within easy access of Nagoya station and popular shopping areas. The dining experience, unfortunately, was not as good as expected, with limited choices and the facility overall was just average.
